Day 1. Arrive Auckland, Freedom of Choice Touring.
On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Later, choose from our range of activities and we will include it. Freedom of Choice Touring™. Enjoy views atop the Sky Tower, visit the Maritime Museum, take a guided Auckland City sights tour, visit the Auckland Museum or Kelly Tarlton’s Underwater World.

Day 2. Auckland, Waitomo, Rotorua.
We travel south to Waitomo Limestone Caves and join a tour of the ancient limestone caverns. Continue to Rotorua, and tonight we enjoy a traditional Maori Hangi (feast).

Day 3. Rotorua, Freedom of Choice Touring.
Today you choose the experience and we will include it. Perhaps visit Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve, the Agrodome and visit Rainbow Springs Nature Park. Country Homestay option available tonight.

Day 4. Rotorua, Taupo, Wellington.
Today we travel south and view Wairakei Steam Valley, before visiting spectacular Huka Falls and pretty Lake Taupo. Continuing south, we cross the vast volcanic plateau of World Heritage-listed Tongariro National Park before arriving in Wellington, New Zealand's capital city.

Day 5. Wellington, Nelson, Dine Around Dinner.
Today our Interislander cruise takes us across Cook Strait, and Queen Charlotte Sound before arriving in the pretty seaside port of Picton. This afternoon journey through the Marlborough region, internationally renowned for its vineyards. On arrival in Nelson visit the World of Wearable Arts Museum. Tonight you may choose from two fine restaurants located within your hotel.

Day 6. Nelson, Franz Josef.
Journey to the West Coast and view the fascinating 'Pancake' rock formations at Punakaiki. Stop at Hokitika to see native Pounamu (Jade) being shaped into jewellery. Continue along the dramatic West Coast and enter the World Heritage-listed area of South West New Zealand. Nowhere in the world's temperate zones are glaciers as accessible as on the West Coast of New Zealand.

Day 7. Franz Josef, Wanaka.
Today we view incredible scenery as we journey over the magnificent Southern Alps and enter the Southern Lakes District. Follow the shoreline of Lakes Wanaka and Hawea to Wanaka township.

Day 8. Wanaka, Queenstown, Dine Around Dinner.
We depart for Arrowtown, a gold rush settlement founded in 1862. Continue to to Queenstown. Tonight enjoy our Dine Around Dinner, where you may choose your restaurant.

Day 9. Queenstown, Freedom of Choice Touring.

Day 10. Milford Sound, Te Anau.
Today we journey to Milford Sound and on arrival we board the Milford Mariner for an unforgettable experience cruising the length of this ancient fiord (weather permitting). This afternoon we travel to Te Anau.

Day 11. Te Anau, Dunedin, Freedom of Choice Touring.
Today we journey to the Southern-most coast of New Zealand and see Paua shell being created into stunning jewellery.
