DAY 1. AUCKLAND, ROTORUA (D)
Travel south to Waitomo Caves and onto Woodlyn Park before continuing to Rotorua.
Tonight enjoy a Maori Hangi(feast) and cultural entertainment.
Accomodation: Rotorua, Lake Plaza Hotel.(2 nights)
DAY 2. ROTORUA SIGHTSEEING (BLD)
This morning we visit the 'Must See' attractions of Rotorua. This afternoon board
the Lakeland Queen Paddle Steamer and enjoy a delicious buffet luncheon.
DAY 3. ROTORUA, NAPIER (BD)
Follow the Thermal Explorer Highway to Wairakei Steam Valley. Continue south east to
Napier and on arrival visit the Church Road Winery.
Accomodation: Tennyson Motor Inn, Napier
DAY 4. NAPIER, WELLINGTON(BD)
Travel to Wellington today, and visit Te Papa - the 'National Museum of New Zealand'.
Accomodation: Wellington, West Plaza Hotel.
DAY 5.WELLINGTON, ST ARNAUD (BD)
Our Inter-island cruise takes us across Cook Strait to Picton. Rejoin our coach and
continue to St Arnaud.
Accomodation: St Arnaud, Alpine Lodge.
DAY 6.ST ARNAUD, CHRISTCHURCH (BD)
Travel through magnificient mountain ranges to Christchurch. Enjoy dinner this
evening at the Christchurch Casino.
Accomodation: Christchurch, The Elms Hotel.
DAY 7. MT.COOK, OMARAMA (BD)
This morning we travel across the canterbury plains, and onto Mt Cook National Park.
Accomodation: Omarama, Country Time Resort.
DAY 8. OMARAMA, DUNEDIN (BD)
Journey via hydro-electric dams and man made lakes of incredible colour to Dunedin.
This evening enjoy a scottish haggis ceremony.
Accomodation: Dunedin, Leisure Lodge.
DAY 9. DUNEDIN, TE ANAU (BD)
Journey south to Invercargill, New Zealand's southern-most city before we continue to Te
Anau.
Accomodation: Te Anau, Luxmore Resort Hotel
DAY 10. TE ANAU, MILFORD SOUND CRUISE QUEENSTOWN (BL)
Today we travel to Milford Sound and enjoy a cruise and picnic lunch on this beautiful
fiord. This afternoon we journey to Queenstown.
Accomodation: Queenstown, A Line Hotel (2 nights)
DAY 11. QUEENSTOWN AT LEISURE (BD)
Today is free for you to explore (own expense). Tonight ride the Skyline Gondola and
enjoy dinner and spectacular views over Queenstown.
DAY 12.QUEENSTOWN, FOX GLACIER (BD)
This morning we journey through the historic settlement of Arrowtown. Continue across to
the West Coast and Fox Glacier.
Accomodation: Fox Glacier, Glacier Country Inn.
DAY 13. FOX GLACIER, CHRISTCHURCH (B)
This morning we travel via Shantytown to Arthurs Pass. Board the TranzAlpine Train
and enjoy stunning scenery as we journey to Christchruch. Your tour concludes on
arrival and a departure transfer to the airport is included.
