A brief but thorough tour around the lower South Island featuring stunning scenery and warm hospitality.

Day 1: Auckland – Christchurch
Fly to Christchurch where you will be met and transferred to your accommodation, free time for optional activities

Day 2: Christchurch – Greymouth – Glaciers
Board the TranzAlpine train to traverse the South Alps to Greymouth. Coach down the west coast to the glaciers.

Day 3: Glaciers
A free day to enable you to take an optional tour onto the glacier

Day 4: Glaciers – Queenstown
Travel through the South Westland Heritage Park and over Haast Pass to Lake Wanaka and Queenstown. This evening journey enjoy your dinner at Skyline restaurant including Gondola.

Day 5: Queenstown – Milford Sound – Queenstown
A full day tour taking in the wonders of the Eglington Valley, Homer Tunnel, Milford Sound and Mitre Peak. A cruise on the Sound is included.

Day 6: Queenstown – Mount Cook – Christchurch – Auckland
Travel through the Kawarau Gorge and over the Lindis Pass to reach Mount Cook around midday. Pass Lake Tekapo, then north to Christchurch where you are met and transferred to the airport for your evening flight to Auckland.

Day 7: Christchurch -Auckland
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Auckland.
